Project Developer

The Project Developer is responsible for the company's key driver of growth, successful collaboration with landowners and authorities. In addition to land acquisition, the Project Developer engages in open discussions with local residents, conducts feasibility studies for projects, and coordinates the project's progress.

It's a plus if you come from a rural background and know how to reverse a trailer full of tractors! Biosolar's most important stakeholders are landowners!

Success in this role requires resilience. We are looking for individuals who find meaningful work with their colleagues and turn challenges into opportunities.

The job requires a driver's license and readiness to travel. The work can be partially remote.

Key responsibilities of the Project Developer:

- Validation of potential solar power projects and management of the tender process
- Advancement of contract negotiations for solar power projects
- Development of the commercial model for solar power projects in collaboration with the analytics team
- Collaboration with authorities and municipal decision-makers
- Development and optimization of company processes
